Scope: Clarke Energy USA
Location: Primarily Based in Wisconsin USA – National and International Travel Required.
Job Reason: To give a 1st and 2nd line back to clients, take responsibility for allocated tasks and assist the Group IT Director and other IT team members as required, and take duty for distributed assignments from the Bunch Framework Manager.
The majority of time was spent: Giving 1st and 2nd line client support.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Group IT Director with the general maintenance and development of the Group Wide Helpdesk System.

• Manage inside outside reviews in line with requirements.
• Manage demands for buys from clients and IT department.
• Control accessibility of stock for utilize by the IT division, requesting substitutions as necessary.
